The Shift Manager role at Five Guys offers a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-energy work environment where individuals are trained to manage daily restaurant operations effectively. Shift Managers are prepared to perform all duties typically carried out by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, but with added responsibilities. This position pays between $17 and $19 per hour, supplemented by tips and bonuses. Five Guys provides real work-life balance with operating hours generally from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, with no drive-thru service, allowing employees to enjoy reasonable shifts.
