This role is for a Shift Manager at Five Guys, a pivotal position responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant during shifts in the absence of the General Manager. Shift Managers are trained to perform all duties handled by Crew Members and Shift Leaders but carry additional responsibilities that include overseeing product preparation, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team leadership, and inventory management. The Shift Manager plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with company standards across all operational aspects, directly influencing the customer experience and overall restaurant success.
