The role of Shift Manager at Five Guys is a dynamic and responsible position that plays a critical part in the daily operations of each restaurant. Shift Managers are trained to perform all duties typical of Crew Members and Shift Leaders, but they shoulder additional responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager. Their primary role is to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly in accordance with company standards. This includes managing product preparation and delivery, maintaining positive customer relations, overseeing restaurant maintenance, managing the team efficiently, handling inventory, and undertaking any other operational tasks as assigned.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.00, complemented by tips and bonuses, including a Secret Shopper bonus plan which rewards teams based on restaurant evaluations.
