Job Requirements
- Previous food service leadership experience
- Flexible availability including mix of days, nights, and Saturdays
- Obtain ServeSafe or equivalent within 30 days of hire
- Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date if not yet ServeSafe certified or equivalent
- Must have smartphone or tablet and able to use for required apps
- Able to comfortably lift 50lbs and climb ladders
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass background check and illegal drug screening
- Ability to attend online meetings occasionally scheduled outside of shift hours

Job Duties
- Perform as manager on duty, leading the staff to complete all assigned shift goals for mixing, customer service, and cleaning tasks
- Enthusiastically take the lead in resolving customer service issues via phone, in the lobby, and online if needed with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Monitor and address all policy enforcement with staff scheduled for your shifts, including reporting lateness, non-compliance, or other policy issues to the assistant general managers or general manager
- Train new staff and complete related documentation when assigned to you as part of the shift responsibilities
- Execute all opening, shift-change, and closing procedures when scheduled, including use of app for checklists
- Participate with full management team in developing and nurturing a strong and inclusive culture of integrity, responsibility and excellence
