Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • physical stamina to work 40-50 hours per week
  • ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
  • willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
  • ability to perform basic math
  • ability to see close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • ability to adhere to safety protocols and procedures
  • capable of working in a moderate noise environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior supervisory experience in a food service or restaurant setting preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • basic math proficiency including addition, subtraction, and understanding fractions
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • experience with food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to learn and grow within the organization

Job Duties

  • Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees
  • delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies
  • assist in the supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food
  • supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
  • assist team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency
  • complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products
  • assist in daily and weekly paperwork
  • assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and supplies
  • perform other related duties as required
