Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- physical stamina to work 40-50 hours per week
- ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
- ability to perform basic math
- ability to see close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to adhere to safety protocols and procedures
- capable of working in a moderate noise environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior supervisory experience in a food service or restaurant setting preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- basic math proficiency including addition, subtraction, and understanding fractions
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- experience with food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn and grow within the organization
Job Duties
- Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees
- delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies
- assist in the supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food
- supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
- assist team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency
- complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products
- assist in daily and weekly paperwork
- assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and supplies
- perform other related duties as required
