The Shift Leader Trainee position is an exciting, entry-level leadership role designed for individuals aspiring to advance into a full Shift Leader role within approximately 90 days. This role focuses on increasing store wine and spirits sales by delivering personalized, high-quality service to guests and fellow team members. Trainees will receive hands-on managerial training across various store operations, including serving as Manager on Duty in training, opening and closing the store, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The position requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, demonstrate strong leadership potential, and provide an outstanding guest experience.

As Shift Leader Trainee, you will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with transactions using Point-of-Sale systems, coaching and training team members, organizing store environments, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. The role also involves merchandising, inventory management, and participating in special projects as assigned by store management. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have prior experience or education related to management or leadership. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
