Job Requirements

  • Food handlers permit
  • ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • willingness to follow safety and security protocols
  • positive attitude and willingness to provide excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Shift leadership experience in fast food or similar restaurant environment
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to learn quickly
  • effective oral and written communication skills
  • ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
  • knowledge of operating POS systems and kitchen equipment
  • food handlers permit preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide an engaging and energetic experience to guests by serving great food and creating a warm and hospitable environment
  • support opening and closing restaurants and be accountable for running a successful shift
  • teach, mentor, and validate team members' performance according to company best practices
  • communicate with General Manager and Assistant Managers about operational or staffing issues before and after Managers are on site
  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • follow Plant Power operating policies including food quality, cash handling, and safety protocols
  • engage with guests to understand and respond to their needs
  • embrace and promote the company's mission and core values
