Job Requirements
- Food handlers permit
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- willingness to follow safety and security protocols
- positive attitude and willingness to provide excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- Shift leadership experience in fast food or similar restaurant environment
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to learn quickly
- effective oral and written communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
- knowledge of operating POS systems and kitchen equipment
- food handlers permit preferred
Job Duties
- Provide an engaging and energetic experience to guests by serving great food and creating a warm and hospitable environment
- support opening and closing restaurants and be accountable for running a successful shift
- teach, mentor, and validate team members' performance according to company best practices
- communicate with General Manager and Assistant Managers about operational or staffing issues before and after Managers are on site
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- follow Plant Power operating policies including food quality, cash handling, and safety protocols
- engage with guests to understand and respond to their needs
- embrace and promote the company's mission and core values
