Job Requirements

  • New York City Food Protection Certificate (DOH card)
  • 2 plus years experience in a customer service leadership position
  • 18 plus years of age
  • Able to lift 25 plus lbs and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work full-time 30-40 hours per week
  • Availability to work 4-5 days per week including 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • Ability to work between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm
  • Weekend and holiday availability preferred
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

  • Craft beautiful coffee products and serve all customers with energy, warmth, and empathy
  • Support general manager and training team by helping train new employees to succeed, ensuring adherence to recipes, processes, and uniform standards
  • Open and close the store safely and responsibly, performing cleaning duties throughout shifts
  • Handle minor customer issues positively and solution-focused
  • Lead initiatives at the store level with operations and marketing teams to increase foot traffic, attract new customers, boost daily sales and profitability, and build a loyal neighborhood customer base
