Job Requirements

- Great attitude and willingness to provide great food and guest experience
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to tolerate exposure to industrial cleaning products
- Ability to tolerate exposure to cold and hot conditions
- Ability to routinely stand, stoop, bend over, twist, pull, and push
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties
- Provide an engaging and energetic experience to guests by serving great food and creating a warm and hospitable environment
- Support opening and closing the restaurant while being accountable for running a great shift
- Teach, mentor, and validate team members' performance according to company best practices
- Communicate with General Manager and Assistant Managers regarding operational or staffing issues before and after managers are on-site
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality and be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Follow Plant Power operating policies and standards, including quality food and beverage service, cash handling, and restaurant safety and security
- Engage with and understand guests by discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
