Job Requirements
- Must be willing to work both delivery driver and kitchen shifts as needed throughout the week
- Must be available to work on busiest days of the year including Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine's Day
- Ability to lift, carry, and grasp up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk constantly with limited breaks
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs while carrying up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform tasks including stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, twist, and reach items up to 50 lbs
- Must manage multiple tasks effectively and safely as lone worker in the store
- Ability to execute all cleaning procedures for commercial kitchen environment
- Ability to follow visual, audible, written, and verbal instructions in a loud and busy kitchen environment
- Ability to clearly hear and speak over the telephone
- Ability to perform computer work in a stationary position for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of leadership and/or management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including day, night, weekend, and peak business days
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in food service or retail is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
Job Duties
- Serve as the manager on duty in the absence of salaried managers, leading the team and ensuring smooth store operations
- Oversee, train, and evaluate the work of 3-6 employees per shift, fostering a productive and positive work environment
- Manage daily operations, including product preparation, sales, inventory, and service to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Execute opening and closing procedures, complete daily paperwork, and conduct inventory checks to maintain accuracy
- Optimize delivery efficiency by routing orders to maximize speed and delivery business
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude, setting the tone for the team and leading by example in every role
- Assist with front-of-house tasks, including greeting customers, taking orders, handling transactions, and ensuring order accuracy
