This is a part-time, hourly position offering competitive pay starting at $18 per hour for ODM shifts, with flexible and varied scheduling from 7 AM to 11 PM, including weekends, and a mandatory availability on Saturdays and Sundays.

Additionally, when not fulfilling ODM responsibilities, the individual will contribute to store success by working in varied capacities including Kitchen Team Member and Delivery Driver roles. As a Kitchen Team Member, the individual will bake, prepare, and package warm treats following the company’s recipes and quality standards, while adhering to safety and sanitation protocols. As a Delivery Driver, the responsibilities include delivering fresh treats promptly using either company vehicles or their personal vehicle as needed, while providing outstanding customer service during deliveries.
Tiff's Treats seeks candidates who are flexible and versatile, willing to work both kitchen and delivery shifts throughout the week, have leadership experience in fast-paced settings of at least six months, and can commit to working peak business days such as Valentine's Day and other high-demand holidays. A clean driving record, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle when company vehicles are unavailable are essential for this position. The company does not permit deliveries by motorcycle, scooter, or bicycle.

Job Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends, especially Saturdays and Sundays
- Availability for peak business days including Bosses’ Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine’s Day
- Must have access to a personal vehicle for deliveries when company vehicles are occupied

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of leadership and/or management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and versatile with the ability to work both delivery driver and kitchen shifts as needed
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Proof of auto insurance with the driver’s name listed as an authorized driver
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle and follow all traffic laws

Job Duties
- Serve as the manager on duty in the absence of salaried managers, leading the team and ensuring smooth store operations
- Oversee, train, and evaluate the work of 3-6 employees per shift, fostering a productive and positive work environment
- Manage daily operations, including product preparation, sales, inventory, and service to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Execute opening and closing procedures, complete daily paperwork, and conduct inventory checks to maintain accuracy
- Optimize delivery efficiency by routing orders to maximize speed and delivery business

- Assist with front-of-house tasks, including greeting customers, taking orders, handling transactions, and ensuring order accuracy
