Currently, Tiff's Treats is seeking enthusiastic On Duty Managers (ODMs) to join their team in a part-time capacity. The role of the ODM is a unique leadership opportunity where the individual steps into the managerial position during the absence of salaried managers. In this position, the ODM ensures that the store operates smoothly and efficiently by overseeing daily operations, leading the team, and maintaining the quality of service and product. This part-time, non-exempt, hourly role comes with a flexible yet varied schedule that includes day, night, and weekend shifts typically between 7 AM and 11 PM. The position offers competitive pay of $18 per hour during ODM shifts.

When not performing ODM duties, employees in this role also contribute as Kitchen Team Members or Delivery Drivers, making it a versatile position that encourages growth and adaptability. As a Kitchen Team Member, the employee bakes and prepares treats to company standards, maintains cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen, and ensures accurate packaging. This role pays $15 an hour. When functioning as a Delivery Driver, the employee is responsible for delivering treats quickly and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service, earning $10 per hour plus delivery fees and 100% of customer tips. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle for deliveries when needed.

This role demands a flexible and versatile individual with at least 6 months of leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be available to work on peak business days such as Bosses’ Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine’s Day, demonstrating their commitment during high-demand periods. Safety is paramount, and drivers must operate vehicles responsibly while adhering to traffic laws.

The On Duty Manager plays a vital role in supervising 3 to 6 employees per shift, managing product preparation, sales, inventory, service, and store opening and closing procedures. Additional responsibilities include coaching team members, handling performance management, and setting a positive tone for the entire team. The position also involves front-of-house tasks like greeting customers, taking orders, and processing transactions. Job Requirements
