Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months leadership or management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Proof of auto insurance listing driver as authorized
- Access to a personal vehicle for deliveries
- Availability for peak business days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions in a busy environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and versatile to work delivery driver and kitchen shifts
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proof of auto insurance
- Ability to operate a vehicle responsibly and safely
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Job Duties
- Serve as the manager on duty in the absence of salaried managers
- Oversee, train, and evaluate 3-6 employees per shift
- Manage daily operations including product preparation, sales, inventory, and service
- Execute opening and closing procedures and complete daily paperwork
- Optimize delivery efficiency by routing orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and lead by example
- Assist with front-of-house tasks including greeting customers and handling transactions
