Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or retail helpful but not required
Strong leadership and communication skills

Basic math and cash handling skills
Multilingual abilities (Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus

Job Duties

Supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis
Assist management team in providing team member support and coaching
Ensure tasks are completed effectively during shifts
Maintain excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
Enforce safety and sanitation standards
Anticipate and exceed guests' needs
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
