Job Requirements
- Prior experience at competitor brands such as Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King, Panera, Krispy Kreme, Chick-fil-a, diner, waiter/waitress etc. will help with training
- must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong interpersonal skills
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- prior experience in customer service or foodservice is a plus
- ability to motivate and guide team members
- basic math and organizational skills
- multilingual abilities such as Spanish or Portuguese are advantageous

- Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
