Job Requirements

  • Prior experience at competitor brands such as Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King, Panera, Krispy Kreme, Chick-fil-a, diner, waiter/waitress etc. will help with training
  • must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • prior experience in customer service or foodservice is a plus
  • ability to motivate and guide team members
  • basic math and organizational skills
  • multilingual abilities such as Spanish or Portuguese are advantageous

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
  • show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
  • meet safety and sanitation standards
  • anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
  • work well in a team environment
