Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and unscheduled emergencies
  • Capability to perform all restaurant positions including pizza delivery
  • Ability to lead a team during a shift without supervision
  • Ability to work with phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers
  • Pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Successful and stable employment history
  • Demonstrated cash management skills
  • Ability to lead and train a team effectively
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high-quality products and customer service
  • Manage restaurant operations including policy and procedure execution
  • Respond professionally to customer concerns and solicit feedback
  • Train team members on quality standards using company manuals
  • Maintain adequate staffing and train team to exceed customer expectations
  • Contribute to sales and profit goals through customer service and operational efficiency
  • Execute cash management duties and manage inventory levels
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with safety standards
  • Lead team with no supervision during shifts
