Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and unscheduled emergencies
- Capability to perform all restaurant positions including pizza delivery
- Ability to lead a team during a shift without supervision
- Ability to work with phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers
- Pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful and stable employment history
- Demonstrated cash management skills
- Ability to lead and train a team effectively
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high-quality products and customer service
- Manage restaurant operations including policy and procedure execution
- Respond professionally to customer concerns and solicit feedback
- Train team members on quality standards using company manuals
- Maintain adequate staffing and train team to exceed customer expectations
- Contribute to sales and profit goals through customer service and operational efficiency
- Execute cash management duties and manage inventory levels
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with safety standards
- Lead team with no supervision during shifts
