The Shift Leader plays a crucial role in upholding Sweetgreen’s mission by supporting daily restaurant operations and leading teams to deliver exceptional service. This leadership position requires a hands-on approach to commanding various stations during shifts, especially in peak times or when staffing is limited. Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum Kitchen Lead and Team Member requirements
  • One or more years of experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role
  • Experience in fast-paced settings such as restaurants, retail, or hospitality
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining standards
  • Proficient in the primary language of the work location
  • Available to work at least 30 hours per week
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications
