Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum Kitchen Lead and Team Member requirements
  • One or more years of experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role
  • Experience in fast-paced settings such as restaurants, retail, or hospitality
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining standards
  • Proficient in the primary language of the work location
  • Available to work at least 30 hours per week
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience with problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and team-building abilities
  • Experience in multitasking and coordinating team schedules
  • Familiarity with food safety standards preferred
  • Ability to mentor and coach employees
  • Reliable and highly organized

Job Duties

  • Step into any station as needed to support during busy periods
  • Handle first-level customer concerns and assist with allergy-safe orders
  • Oversee multiple tasks including line operations, tech tools, and guest interactions simultaneously
  • Use clear verbal communication to delegate tasks and solve problems
  • Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and safety procedures
  • Enforce food safety protocols to avoid cross-contamination
  • Ensure team compliance with policies and maintain a safe environment
