Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Kitchen Lead role including team member responsibilities
  • 1 plus year of experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • Experience mentoring employees and fostering positive team culture
  • Highly organized multitasker
  • Experience in scheduling, coaching, and performance oversight
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Step into any station as needed during shifts, especially peak hours, callouts, or understaffed times
  • First-level handling of customer concerns and allergy-related order assistance
  • Oversee multiple tasks and systems including line operations, tech tools, and guest interactions simultaneously
  • Use clear verbal communication to delegate, problem-solve, and align team and customer needs
  • Monitor food quality, order accuracy, safety protocols, and complete digital reporting accurately
  • Enforce food safety procedures and maintain allergen awareness to prevent cross-contamination
  • Ensure team compliance with restaurant policies and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
