Job Requirements
- Must have previous restaurant or food service experience
- Should possess leadership or supervisory experience
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable and detail-oriented
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience required
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Manage shift operations, including cash handling and drawer accountability
- Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Support sales growth through execution of company initiatives and local store marketing
