Job Requirements

  • Must have previous restaurant or food service experience
  • Should possess leadership or supervisory experience
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Must be dependable and detail-oriented
  • Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience required
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures
  • Manage shift operations, including cash handling and drawer accountability
  • Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Support sales growth through execution of company initiatives and local store marketing
