Job Requirements
- Meet minimum requirements of Kitchen Lead and Team Member roles
- At least 1 year experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role
- Experience in fast-paced environments like restaurant retail or hospitality
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks maintaining operational standards
- Ability to speak read write and understand the primary language of the work location
- Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years or older
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience with problem-solving skills
- Ability to make confident decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to foster positive team culture
- Experience mentoring employees and delivering exceptional guest service
- Highly organized and reliable multitasker
- Experience in scheduling coaching and performance oversight
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Step into any station as needed during shifts especially peak hours
- Handle first-level customer concerns including allergy management
- Oversee multiple tasks including line operations tech tools and guest interactions
- Use clear communication to delegate tasks problem-solve and align team and customer needs
- Monitor food quality order accuracy safety protocols and digital reporting
- Enforce food safety procedures prevent cross-contamination and maintain allergen awareness
- Ensure team compliance with restaurant policies and maintain a safe environment
- Stay calm and professional under high-pressure or high-volume conditions
- Perform all Kitchen Lead duties including Team Member functions
