- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- basic leadership or supervisory experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- ability to train and motivate team members
Job Duties
- Provide supervision during assigned shifts
- provide team members and guests with a positive experience and atmosphere
- manage both FOH and BOH shift responsibilities including daily labor controls and costs
- monitor speed of service to ensure positive guest experience
- assist with guest comments and complaints
- supervise daily shifts to maintain company standards, product quality, and cleanliness
- assist in the ongoing training of team members including new hires and existing staff
- encourage adherence to uniform policy and standards
- ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management
- perform all other duties as assigned by management
