You will be involved in coaching and mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and maintaining the overall quality of service. The role offers flexible scheduling and great pay, which makes it an attractive option for individuals seeking both stability and growth. Additionally, this position comes with numerous benefits, including medical, vision, dental insurance for full-time employees, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, associate discounts, and career development opportunities.

Panda Restaurant Group is committed to providing an inclusive, equal-opportunity workplace where everyone is respected and valued regardless of background or status. The company adheres to all federal and state laws regarding workplace accommodation and nondiscrimination, making it a supportive environment for all employees, including those with disabilities. If accommodations are needed during the application or employment process, Panda encourages candidates to communicate their needs so they can be supported accordingly.

Overall, the Shift Leader role at Panda offers a unique chance to join a successful and expanding restaurant group where you can build meaningful skills, progress in your career, and make an impact within your community and the company at large.
