Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be 18 years or older
  • must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
  • must pass background check as applicable
  • must have or acquire ServSafe Certification prior to completing leadership training
  • possession of valid state driver's license when required
  • ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during work hours
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • collaborate with the general manager to motivate the team
  • set the morale and tone of the team
  • provide feedback and coach team members
  • open and close the store with little to no supervision
  • ensure the quality of food and beverages served
  • maintain a safe and clean store environment
  • help grow the team and the career path of employees
