Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years or older
- must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- must pass background check as applicable
- must have or acquire ServSafe Certification prior to completing leadership training
- possession of valid state driver's license when required
- ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during work hours
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- collaborate with the general manager to motivate the team
- set the morale and tone of the team
- provide feedback and coach team members
- open and close the store with little to no supervision
