Job Requirements
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or similar environment
- Strong understanding of food safety, guest service, and restaurant operations
- Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Lead shifts with a focus on guest experience and team management
- Serve as key holder responsible for opening and closing the restaurant
- Delegate tasks to team members to maintain operational efficiency
- Actively engage with guests and address concerns promptly
- Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring team members
- Maintain knowledge of FOH and BOH processes including recipe adherence and food safety
- Support inventory management and ensure proper prep levels
- Supervise cash handling ensuring accuracy and policy compliance
- Complete and ensure compliance with health and safety checklists
- Resolve guest or team issues professionally and escalate when needed
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
