Job Requirements

  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or similar environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety, guest service, and restaurant operations
  • Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods

  • Bilingual proficiency preferred
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and developing team members preferred
  • Familiarity with inventory and cash-handling processes preferred
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts with a focus on guest experience and team management
  • Serve as key holder responsible for opening and closing the restaurant
  • Delegate tasks to team members to maintain operational efficiency
  • Actively engage with guests and address concerns promptly
  • Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring team members
  • Maintain knowledge of FOH and BOH processes including recipe adherence and food safety
  • Support inventory management and ensure proper prep levels
  • Supervise cash handling ensuring accuracy and policy compliance
  • Complete and ensure compliance with health and safety checklists
  • Resolve guest or team issues professionally and escalate when needed
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
