Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver's license (preferred at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and coach team members effectively
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to handle early morning shifts and varied schedules
- ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain prior to leadership training
Job Duties
- Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate and lead the team
- Support team morale and set a positive tone during shifts
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Open and close the store independently
- Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment
- Assist with daily operational tasks as needed
