Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings as early as 3am and weekends
- Must pass background check per local, state, and federal laws
- Must possess or be able to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Possession of valid state issued driver’s license when required
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
Job Duties
- Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team
- Provide feedback and coach team members
- Open and close the store with little to no supervision
- Ensure quality of food and beverages served
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Set morale and tone of the team during shifts
- Uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction
