Job Duties
- Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests
- Support store leadership by maintaining operations, communicating information, monitoring efficiency, holding team accountable, and assisting in training and coaching
- Prioritize and delegate tasks including baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
- Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew
- Ensure a safe, clean working environment and adhere to food handling practices
- Manage cash handling and deposits
