Job Requirements

Legally eligible to work in the United States
Must be 18 years or older to be employed
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Flexible availability to work day or night shifts
Willingness to support and collaborate with a team
Commitment to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role
Experience with point of sales (POS) systems
Outstanding communication skills
Strong time management skills
Excellent people skills
Outgoing, friendly, and patient demeanor
Detail focused and results-oriented
Ability to lead by example and motivate others

Job Duties

Provide incredible customer service and quality products to guests
Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift
Communicate pertinent information to the team
Monitor production efficiency
Hold team accountable to company standards and procedures
Assist in training and coaching team members
Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew
Provide a safe, clean working environment following food handling practices
Manage cash handling and deposits
