Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Must possess or be able to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Possession of a current valid state issued driver’s license preferred at specific locations and must meet driving qualifications as required by company policy

Job Duties
- Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team
- Provide feedback and coach team members
- Open and close the store with little to no supervision
- Ensure quality of food and beverages served
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Set the morale and tone of the team
