Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
must be 18 years or older
must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3 am and weekends
must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
must be in possession of or able to acquire a servsafe certification prior to completion of leadership training
possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license where required
meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
must be 18 years or older
leadership experience preferred but not required
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
basic knowledge of food safety standards
ability to handle cash and operate point of sale systems

Job Duties

collaborate directly with the general manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience
set the morale and tone of the team
provide feedback and coach team members when needed
open and close the store with little to no supervision
ensure quality of food and beverages served
maintain a safe and clean store environment
assist in team training and development
