Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
Must be able to pass background check as applicable
Must possess or be able to acquire ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
Possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license preferred and meet driving qualifications where required

Job Duties

Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate team members
Set morale and positive tone for the team
Provide feedback and coaching to staff
Open and close the store with minimal supervision
Ensure quality of food and beverages served
Maintain a safe and clean store environment
Assist in operational tasks as needed
