Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years or older
- must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early mornings and weekends
- ability to pass background check according to local, state, and federal laws
- must have or be able to acquire ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
- possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license preferred at specific locations
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during working hours
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work early hours as early as 3 am and weekends
- ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain prior to completing leadership training
- valid state-issued driver’s license preferred for certain locations
Job Duties
- Collaborate with General Manager to motivate team members
- set team morale and tone
- provide feedback and coaching to team members
- open and close the store with little to no supervision
- ensure food and beverage quality
- maintain a safe and clean store environment
- support team career growth
