Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work varied hours including early mornings as early as 3 am and weekends
Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
Must possess or be able to acquire a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
Possession of a valid state issued driver’s license required at specific locations and must meet company driving qualifications

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Leadership experience preferred
Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide coaching and feedback
Basic math and cash handling skills
ServSafe Certification or ability to acquire prior to leadership training

Job Duties

Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team
Set the morale and tone of the team
Provide feedback and coach team members
Open and close the store with little to no supervision
Ensure quality of food and beverages served
Maintain a safe and clean store environment
Support team member development and growth
