Job Requirements

  • At least one year of working experience in a customer service focused role
  • Point of sales systems experience
  • Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills
  • Outgoing, friendly, and patient
  • Detail focused and results-oriented

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests
  • Support store leadership by maintaining operations during shifts
  • Communicate pertinent information and monitor production efficiency
  • Hold team accountable to company standards and procedures
  • Assist in training and coaching team members
  • Prioritize and delegate tasks including baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
  • Manage cash handling and deposits
