Job Requirements
- Must have at least one year of experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of Point of Sales systems
- Strong communication skills
- Effective time management abilities
- Ability to work well with others and lead a team
- Outgoing, friendly, and patient
- Detail oriented with a focus on results
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed

Job Duties
- Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests throughout their experience in the bakery
- Support store leadership by maintaining operations during the shift, communicating pertinent information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to company standards and procedures, and assisting in training and coaching team members
- Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the Cookie Crew team
- Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew
- Provide a safe, clean, working environment for guests and staff and adhere to safe food handling practices
- Manage cash handling and deposits
