Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
Must pass background check per local, state, and federal law
Must possess or acquire ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
Possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license where required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team
Knowledge of food safety standards
ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain
Valid driver’s license preferred for specific locations

Job Duties

Collaborate with General Manager to motivate team
Provide feedback and coach team members
Open and close the store with minimal supervision
Maintain food and beverage quality standards
Ensure a safe and clean store environment
Set morale and tone of the team
Deliver excellent guest experience
