Job Requirements
- at least high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in customer service
- knowledge of point of sales systems
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage time effectively
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights
- physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- must be 18 years or older
- legally eligible to work in the united states

Job Duties
- provide incredible customer service and quality products to guests
- support store leadership by maintaining operations during shift
- communicate pertinent information to team members
- monitor production efficiency
- hold team accountable to company standards and procedures
- assist in training and coaching team members
- prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew
- support and work alongside the cookie crew
- provide safe and clean working environment
- manage cash handling and deposits
