Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests
  • support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift
  • communicate pertinent information to the team
  • monitor production efficiency and hold the team accountable to company standards and procedures
  • assist in training and coaching team members
  • prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
  • support and work alongside the cookie crew
  • ensure a safe, clean working environment and adhere to safe food handling practices
  • manage cash handling and deposits
