Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year shift management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and motivate staff
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professionalism
Job Duties
- Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- Train and develop crew under management's direction
- Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with management and crew
- Assist with crew member duties as needed
- Conduct crew meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, security, and training
- Manage labor cost to meet company standards
- Control inventory to meet company GAP standards
- Maintain reports and records in compliance with regulations
- Maintain building and equipment with proper procedures
- Manage cash handling and bank deposits during shifts
- Ensure compliance with HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
- Exhibit behaviors that demonstrate company vision and values
- Perform other tasks as directed by management
