Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year shift management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and motivate staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Train and develop crew under management's direction
  • Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with management and crew
  • Assist with crew member duties as needed
  • Conduct crew meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, security, and training
  • Manage labor cost to meet company standards
  • Control inventory to meet company GAP standards
  • Maintain reports and records in compliance with regulations
  • Maintain building and equipment with proper procedures
  • Manage cash handling and bank deposits during shifts
  • Ensure compliance with HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
  • Exhibit behaviors that demonstrate company vision and values
  • Perform other tasks as directed by management
