Job Requirements
- Must have or obtain a California Food Handlers License (e.g., ServSafe) prior to employment
- 1-2 years of experience in food/beverage environments making smoothies or specialty beverages or experience in retail and hospitality
- Ability to move and or lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product knowledge
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Acting manager of the store in the absence of Assistant General Manager and General Manager
- Leading and managing shifts
- Acting with integrity, honesty and promoting Earthbar culture, values and mission
- Maintaining calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events
- Anticipating customer and store needs by evaluating environment and customer cues
- Delivering exceptional customer service and responding to customer needs
- Following Earthbar operational policies including cash handling, safety and security
- Maintaining clean and organized workspace
- Providing quality beverages consistently by adhering to recipes
- Following health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintaining regular and punctual attendance
