Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
must pass background check criteria and drug test
must have reliable transportation
able to do basic business math
able to stock shelves and coolers
able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90 percent of shift time

Job Qualifications

Strong preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position
ability to oversee and manage subordinate employees
ability to provide direction and guidance
good communication skills
ability to resolve conflicts constructively
experience with basic business math
customer service orientation
teamwork skills
time management skills

Job Duties

Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner
take ownership and responsibility to solve problems
seek help from others when appropriate
provide help and guidance to others
execute the MIC success routine and ensure responsibilities under people, customers and service are completed
ensure all team members complete their shift excellence tasks
ensure employees present a neat clean appearance and wear company uniform
demonstrate that customer needs are highest priority
ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders
resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations
greet customers with a smile and polite pleasant communication
work with urgency
cooperate with peers and management as part of a team
demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude
understand posted work schedule and report to work on time and in uniform
use approved timekeeping system accurately
take initiative and maintain high activity level
provide regular feedback to RGM on team performance
participate in training of team members
handle conflicts constructively
assist with profit and loss management including cash control, inventory and labor
oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times
assist with facility maintenance and health and safety standards
perform other duties as required by manager
