The role of supporting the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by efficiently running shifts in a self-sufficient manner is pivotal within the organization. This position requires individuals to take ownership and responsibility for solving problems, offering guidance and assistance to their team, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in executing the Manager-In-Charge (MIC) success routines, making certain that all responsibilities related to people management, customer satisfaction, and quality service are upheld. This leadership role emphasizes fostering a positive work culture where team members complete their shift excellence tasks, demonstrate a professional appearance, and prioritize customer needs.

A key aspect of this position is managing customer interactions by promptly resolving complaints and maintaining positive relationships, always greeting customers warmly and working with urgency. The role demands cooperation and collaboration with fellow employees and management, encouraging a team-oriented environment. Attendance and punctuality are crucial, with adherence to schedules and timekeeping systems mandatory for smooth operations.

Employees typically work over 30 hours per week, though schedules may vary based on business needs. This position is ideal for internal candidates, particularly those promoted from Hourly Champion roles, though external applicants meeting the requirements are also welcome. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, pass background checks and drug testing, and possess reliable transportation. The job involves physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and stooping most of the shift.
