Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass background check criteria and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to do basic business math
- Able to stock shelves and coolers
- Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90% of shift time
Job Qualifications
- Strong preference for internal promote from Hourly Champion position
- Ability to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
- Experience in handling customer complaints and maintaining positive customer relations
- Ability to provide constructive and complimentary feedback
- Familiarity with cash control and inventory management
- Basic business math skills
- Knowledge of food safety and health standards
- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate a positive attitude
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
- Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner
- Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems
- Ensure all team members complete their shift excellence tasks
- Ensure employees present a neat clean appearance and wear company uniform
- Demonstrate customer needs are the highest priority
- Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders
- Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations
- Work with urgency and cooperate with peers
- Understand posted work schedule and report to work on time and in uniform
- Use approved timekeeping system accurately
- Take action without being told and maintain high activity level
- Provide regular feedback to the RGM on performance of team members
- Participate in training of team members
- Handle conflicts constructively and work with RGM to resolve
- Assist in profit and loss management by following cash control and security procedures
- Maintain inventory and manage labor
- Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times
- Assist RGM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are met
- Perform other duties as required by manager
