Job Requirements
- Must possess adequate knowledge of wine varietals and beer styles
- Prior restaurant experience required
- Must be age 21 or older and have TABC certification
- Must possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Lead, manage and hold people accountable
- Ensure floor presence including conducting 100% table touches, placing right people in right seats, ensuring no guest leaves unhappy, and leading by example
- Manage labor metrics on shifts assigned
- Receive, review, and resolve complaints from guests
- Utilize cues during service to proactively identify a customer’s dissatisfaction and pivot to create a positive experience
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure completion of opening and closing duties
