Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Ability to maintain calm demeanor in difficult situations
  • Willingness to work shifts including nights and weekends
  • Ability to comply with all company policies and health safety standards
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to stand and walk for majority of the shift

Job Duties

  • Inspire legendary experiences between friends for guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and sense of community
  • Model hospitality skills and behaviors by conducting 100 percent table visits of guests in the restaurant
  • Effectively handle guest complaints resulting in delighted guests as evidenced by customer satisfaction scores
  • Build positive, professional relationships with members of the community
  • Lead shift meetings, build camaraderie and solicit feedback
  • Create, implement and execute the department staff plan and ensure proper staffing levels are maintained to build sales and delight guests
  • Oversee human resource management functions ensuring 100 percent compliance with employment laws, company policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Identify and report issues regarding team members performance to management
  • Adhere to standardized recipes 100 percent of the time
  • Ensure correct food ordered gets to the correct table 100 percent of the time
  • Utilize all compliance systems, manager tools and procedures with 100 percent integrity
  • Conduct administrative manager functions and complete end of day transactions by 3am
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards and hold team members accountable for cleaning schedules
  • Ensure adherence to ServSafe Alcohol, Food and HACCP standards as evidenced by health department audits
  • Assist in rollout of new company programs, policies and procedures as requested
  • Ensure PCI compliance for all credit card transaction documents
  • Unload trucks, pallets, and cases of food and beverage and put in assigned locations
  • Manage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals including hourly labor and cost of sales
  • Ensure team meets or exceeds cost of sales actual vs. legitimate target
