Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proper food handler certification required
  • Alcohol dispensing certification required
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
  • Ability to push and pull objects frequently
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and twist frequently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible and energetic approach to work
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to assist team members as needed

Job Duties

  • Inspire legendary experiences between friends for guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and a sense of community
  • Model hospitality skills and behaviors by conducting 100% table visits of guests in the restaurant
  • Effectively handle guest complaints resulting in delighted guests as evidenced by customer satisfaction scores
  • Build positive, professional relationships with members of the community
  • Lead shift meetings, build camaraderie and solicit feedback
  • Create, implement and execute the department staff plan ensuring proper staffing levels
  • Oversee the human resource management function ensuring 100% compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Identify and address team members performance issues with management
  • Adhere to standardized recipes 100% of time
  • Ensure the correct food ordered gets to the correct table 100% of time
  • Utilize all compliance systems, manager tools and procedures with 100% integrity
  • Conduct administrative manager functions and complete end of day transactions by 3am
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards and hold team members accountable for cleaning schedules reflected in QSC score
  • Ensure adherence to ServSafe Alcohol, Food and HACCP standards as evidenced by health department audits
  • Assist in the rollout of new company programs, policies and procedures as requested
  • Ensure PCI compliance for all credit card transaction documents
  • Unload trucks, pallets, and cases of food and beverage and put in assigned locations
  • Manage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals including hourly labor and cost of sales
  • Ensure team meets or exceeds cost of sales actual vs. legitimate target
  • Perform other duties as assigned
