With numerous locations across the United States and internationally, the brand is committed to delivering excellent customer service, fostering employee growth, and maintaining high operational standards. The company prides itself on creating environments where guests can enjoy delicious meals, watch live sports, and engage in friendly competition through games and events, all while feeling welcomed by attentive and motivated staff.

Candidate attributes should include a genuine desire for guest service, strong verbal communication and listening skills, self-motivation, flexibility, effective multitasking, and an ongoing commitment to professional learning and development.

The position is ideal for individuals with at least two years of restaurant management experience, a college degree preference, and proper certifications for food handling and alcohol dispensing.
