Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in restaurant management preferred
- Proper certifications in food handling and alcohol dispensing required
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to push, pull, stoop, bend, reach, and handle objects frequently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
- Must adhere to company policies and food safety regulations

Job Duties
- Inspire legendary experiences between friends for guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and community
- Model hospitality skills and behaviors by conducting 100 percent table visits of guests
- Effectively handle guest complaints to achieve high customer satisfaction scores
- Build positive and professional relationships within the community
- Lead shift meetings, build camaraderie, and solicit team feedback
- Create, implement, and execute department staff plans ensuring proper staffing levels
- Oversee human resource management ensuring 100 percent compliance with laws and company policies
- Identify and address team member performance issues
- Adhere to standardized recipes and ensure accuracy of food orders
- Utilize compliance systems and manager tools with 100 percent integrity
- Conduct administrative manager functions and complete end-of-day transactions by 3am
- Maintain high cleanliness standards and enforce cleaning schedules
- Ensure compliance with ServSafe Alcohol, Food, and HACCP standards
- Assist in company program rollouts
- Ensure PCI compliance for credit card transactions
- Unload trucks and organize inventory
- Manage shifts to meet sales and profit goals including labor and cost of sales
- Ensure team meets or exceeds cost of sales targets
