Job Requirements

  • Be real greets every guest in a friendly, sincere, and enthusiastic manner
  • Be passionate works to exceed guest expectations during every visit
  • Be exceptional safely operates all café equipment to prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food
  • Communicates openly and respectfully with guests and team members
  • Resolves guest concerns in a courteous manner
  • Accurately processes purchases, refunds, coupons, discounts, and payments
  • Follows all workplace safety practices including proper lifting and handling of equipment
  • Counts register till before and after each shift
  • Educates guests about coffee varieties and menu items
  • Maintains a positive attitude and strong teamwork
  • Provides thoughtful recommendations and upsells products
  • Follows recipes, food safety procedures, and operational standards
  • Maintains clean and organized workspaces including restrooms and patios
  • Properly stocks service stations and ensures preparation areas are ready
  • Monitors equipment temperatures and ensures proper functioning
  • Disposes of garbage and keeps all areas clean
  • Uses POS systems, credit card equipment and drive-thru headsets accurately

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or leadership role preferred
  • Ability to operate café equipment safely
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and respectful attitude under pressure
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures and operational standards
  • Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food safely
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the café
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and follow cash handling procedures
  • Resolve guest concerns courteously and seek management support when necessary
  • Educate guests about coffee varieties, beverages, pastries, and merchandise
  • Stock service stations and monitor equipment temperatures
