Job Requirements

- Uses POS systems, credit card equipment and drive-thru headsets accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or leadership role preferred
- Ability to operate café equipment safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and respectful attitude under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and operational standards
- Basic math skills for cash handling
