Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant team members during shifts
- Train and mentor new crew members on Five Guys standards
- Ensure food quality and safety protocols are maintained
- Manage customer service to provide an outstanding dining experience
- Oversee restaurant cleanliness and organization
- Participate in inventory management and supply ordering
- Implement and encourage participation in the Secret Shopper bonus program
