Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food service or retail experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties
- Lead the restaurant team and set an example for crew members
- Teach and enforce high standards of service and cleanliness
- Manage day-to-day operations during shifts
- Monitor food quality and safety compliance
- Motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Participate in the Secret Shopper program to uphold standards
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
