Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or retail leadership preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Commitment to teamwork and customer service

- Previous experience in a leadership role in fast food or customer service

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and direction to restaurant crew members
- Set a positive example and uphold Five Guys high standards
- Teach and train crew on food quality, safety, and customer service
- Monitor restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Participate in the Secret Shopper bonus program by maintaining high standards
- Support management in daily restaurant functions
- Foster a fun and engaging work environment
