Job Duties
- Provide leadership and guidance to restaurant crew members

- Oversee opening and closing shift procedures
- Manage customer service to ensure outstanding dining experiences
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Participate in the Secret Shopper bonus program by upholding service standards
- Train and mentor new and existing team members
